We can provide the professional services you require to strip, seal and refinish your vinyl tile surface areas to bring back the smart clean look natural to vinyl tile.

Our certified technicians follow a 12 step process, each step given the time and the attention to detail necessary to produce a durable sheen to the end product. Our top grade polymer floor finish is low odor, fast drying, and easy to maintain.

The 12 step strip, seal, and wax process of vinyl tile includes:

  1. stripping the floors with lukewarm water
  2. application of floor stripper
  3. letting the floor sit for 15 minutes but not becoming dryShiney Tile Floor after Strip, Seal and Waxing
  4. scrubbing the floor with a floor machine and pad
  5. wet vaccing the floor to remove the old stripper
  6. rinsing the floor with a sour solution to make the floor surface neutral
  7. letting the floor dry completely using air movers as necessary
  8. applying 2 coats of sealer, allowing 30 minutes between coats to dry first
  9. buffing the newly sealed floor with a floor machine
  10. dust moping the floor to make sure it is completely dust free
  11. applying 2 coats of wax, allowing 30 minutes between coast to dry first
  12. buffing the floor again with a floor machine

Today, some sealers and waxes are combined in one product.  We select and use the floor machine, materials and tools that is right for your job.  We also provide re-waxing and buffing services, and clean marnoleum flooring, aggregate and ceramic tile.

We maintain our Certificate of Recognition with the Alberta ConstructionEstimator for Strip, Seal, and Wax Safety Association.
